INA240: what's the INA240A2PWR, INA240A3PWR, INA240A4PWR output offset curve?

customer is evaluating INA240, they want to get the curve as below, like INA195 curve.

could you provide INA240A2PWR, INA240A3PWR, INA240A4PWR curve?

    Thanks for reaching out on the forum.  I can check with my team when they return from their holiday vacation in about a week or so, but I do not think they have this data in a similarly processed form.  The likely reason for this is that the INA240 is a bidirectional part that does not have region where the output vastly changes based on Vcm and the Vsense being under a certain threshold.  However, the INA240 does have an offset voltage referred to the input and therefore Vout will not equal Ref + 0V for 0 A current.  If you must have a graph to provide to your customer, I would recommend using the "INA240 Error Analysis" located on the right side of this page.  There you can input your customer's operating conditions and export to excel the error curve data.  From the that exported data you can then get the actual expected curve by subtracting the error percent from 100%.

    I checked with my team. With this device, you will be able to observe an offset at very low or no vsense voltage. However, because the INA240 has a different architecture with bidirectional sensing capability, it does not have regions of operation behavior like the INA195 and we therefore do not expect you to see a large output for a small vsense voltage on an undamaged part. At most we expect to see 5mV output at 25C for the largest gain (200V/V) part at Vsense=0. The output will most likely be much smaller than that. This is why we do not include plots similar to the INA195 in our INA240 datasheet.
