TLV6002: Input negative voltage range

Part Number: TLV6002

Hi,

Input negative voltage range is specified GND - 0.2V.

Does this value depend on temperature?

My customer hopes to output 0V at -30℃~70℃.

Is this realistically?

Best Regards,

Kuramochi

  • Hi Kuramochi-san,

The specified temperature range for this device is -40° to 125° C and the minimum common mode input voltage range is (V-)-0.2
Because that value is a specified minimum, it is guaranteed over the temperature range which means the customer's desired temperature range of -30° to 70°C is okay.

Whether the output can produce 0V will depend on the circuit. Remember that if you're using single supply, no op-amp can get to exactly 0V. Rail to Rail output op-amps can get to ~60mV from the rail typically. If you'd like to attach a schematic, we can review that as well.

    Best,
    Paul
