TLV9001: TLV9001S/2S/4S /SHDN pin internal pullup resistance

The data sheet has some guidance on this.

Low shutdown pin voltage should be 0.2V or less, so it is odd that the current spec is at 0.8V. This is also a typical spec.

I checked a sample device to see the characteristic of this pin.

1st chart is shutdown current at 0.2V versus supply voltage. The 'resistance' is a weak and always on PMOS transistor. 

2nd chart is shutdown current versus shutdown pin voltage.

There is a step (in curve) where the amplifier being on reduces the shutdown pin current.  

This is sample data and data sheet is typical value, so be sure to add design margin.
