AMC1301: Vdd1 and Vdd2 suply quality for minimal noice and errors

Hello 

please  give me recommendations about suply

i have :

~16-18bit ADC MCU

TI amc1301 for measure current  shunt.

Shunt located in heavy EMI from random ultra HV sparks.

for power supply device i  want use  1s Lipo 

device shilded in metall  box

 

i need maximum ADC  perfomance  for my situation 

 

in this case i have some questions:

1.  for accurate MCU ADC measurement i need external Vref. 
in this case  i can use dual Vref ic TI REF2033 (1.65V20mA + 3.3V20mA, 6 ppm/°C ,  Accuracy: ±0.05% ).

REF2033 out1  Vref 3.3 ->  to MCU Vdda + amc1301 Vdd2
REF2033 out2 Vref 1.65 -> to MCU Vref

or amc1301  has internal  precision voltage regulator , and i not need  use any external Vref\Precision V source, and i can use low cost LDO without lost ADC perfomance?  

or you can tell me a more optimal solution ?

 

2. isolated DCDC for isolated Vdd1 parts 
3.3V to amc1301 Vdd1  from DCDC

i`m can  direct connect isolated DCDC to amc1301 Vdd1   or for maximum perfomance also i need precision Vdd1 3.3 V  source ?

    I've not used the REF2033 with the AMC1301 myself, and since I don't know the specifics on your MCU, I can't give you specific details on what sort of performance levels you might see.  There is no internal regulator in the AMC1301, but I do not have any reservations about you using an LDO to power the device - a stable reference to the ADC on the MCU is important though, as it would be with any external ADC option you might choose.

    For the high side voltage rail, we've used our SN6505 and a pulse transformer followed by an LDO and see no performance degradation, so that may be an option for you as well.

    system supply from 1s LiPo battery
    buck/boost regulator to 3.3V

    REF2033 out1  Vref 3.3 ->  to PSOC Vdda + amc1301 Vdd2
    REF2033 out2 Vref 1.65 -> to PSOC Vref

     isolated DCDC (for example  adum6000  )for isolated amp parts + 3.3 LDO to amc1301 Vdd1
