I can't seem to find this info on the datasheet, but what is the difference between these three part numbers?
- LM139 MD8
- LM139 MDE
- LM139 MDR

Yes. Correct.
MD8 = Military Bare Die
MDE = Space grade products that are radiation tested and qualified at low dose rate (0.01 rad/s).
MDR = Space grade products that are radiation tested and qualified at high dose rate (50 to 300 rad/s)
