my customer would like to know if OUT pin needs pull up resistor to pull high the OUT pin?

Hello Rad,

No. The TLV3501 is a push-pull output, and does NOT need a pull-up resistor to go "high".

If this is a replacement, make sure the output is not on a "or'ed bus connected to other outputs.
