Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA333, TLV2333
Dear Team,
May I check with you is this one the best fit to replace TSZ122IST?

Here is the OPA333 LG sim, right about 398kHz GBP - not the 350kHz in the data sheet
Same setup below with theST part,
Almost identical GBP, maybe a little more PM at Aol=0dB
Here is the LG file with the ST part, FYI,
Oh and incidentally, that 350kHz GBP is incorrect for the x333 family. Not sure where that came from but the TINA model (just updated) shows 400kHz, matching the ST part. I tried to review these issues in this recent article, not an uncommon mistake. This one includes a new mapping to closed loop F-3dB vs phase margin.

The max supply current per amplifier in the parametric table for the TLVx333 was perplexing - that 17uA number is typical not max. That is a mistake in the database - PDS shows 29uA max for the TLVx333, > 25uA max for the OPAx333 parts - what I would expect for these DC relaxed spec TLV versions.
