Hello Dale,
The LM139JG is a commercial flow "/883" device.
The LM139JGB is qualified under MIL-PRF-38535 (QML), which is why it also has the DSSC "slash" sheet orderable of 5962-9452601QPA.

Paul,
Assume you meant LM193JG, and for the second line the "B" addition to the suffix?
To clarify: so they are functionally identical as far as the parameters called out on the LM193-MIL datasheet?
Thank you,
Dale
Hello Dale,
Yes. Apologies for the typo (corrected).
The datasheet parameters apply to all the devices in the datasheet.
They are identical devices - except for the extended QML processing flows on the "B" version.
