Hi Team,

As per your data sheet, The OPA2541 is available in both industrial and military temperature range versions.
We need the number of MIL GRADE.

    The OPA2541SM is usable over the Military temperature range, and there is no other relation to a Military qualified product.

    There seems to have mistakes in Packaging Information Table and TI store about the temperature rating in the part, but the datasheet is correct. 

    The OPA2541SMQ is like the OPA2541SM, but adds some additional screenings done that are similar to MIL Standard 38510, but not Mil Standard 38510 qualified. Some military customers could use such devices in place a full MIL qualified device. Apparently, the OPA2541SMQ is in a lifetime buy status which means it isn’t being manufactured anymore and is being provided from existing stock.
