Please use the 850ns result as a worst-case scenario in regards to the timing of the the enable pin. The 1% settling time that was measured in figure 24 was around 250ns.

Does it mean that X-axis of figure 24 is wrong? If it is the time is 25ns/div, it should be 70ns not 250ns.

What is the meaning of 1% setting time? Is the figure 24 the ambient loop disable?

By 1% settling time this means that the signal stays within a 1% error band of the final value. This video goes into more detail:

You can see in figure 24 that the peaks of the sine wave are still continuing to decrease at 75ns. If you are willing to increase your error band, say to around 30% (assuming peak here is at 0.65 volts). Then yes, the signal would settle within 75ns. Also yes, this measurement is for the ambient loop being disabled.
