OPA2320-Q1: Need OPA2320 Spice model

Hello All,

I am using OPA2320 opamp for the current sense application.Is the spice model provided by TI has temperature model in built?since i am not seeing any output difference with respect to temperature sweep.

Hello Bhupathi,

It looks like the SPICE model was not linked to the Q1 version of OPA2320. You can download the OPAy320 family SPICE model (valid for all versions) from the OPA2320 "Tools and software" page.

I'll also make sure to get the -Q1 version linked to the SPICE model to prevent future confusion.

Hello Bhupathi,

The OPA320 model lists the line, "The model meets the following datasheet specs for 5.5V (+-2.75V) operation at a temperature of 27C with a load resistance of 10kohms." Most of our precision op amp simulation models do not incorporate temperature effects.
