TLV320ADC3140: [TLV320ADC3140] The data have offset in recording

Hi，team:

We use four tlv320adc for record 32 slots.

There is register map:

When i begin the record,the data is ok.

After a while，the data will offset one bit and data is messy.

This is a spectrum from 1kHz to 150Hz：

We can determine that the data is offset by one bit when the problem occurs.

Please help check why offset happen in recording?
