    Hi Luo,

    This problem has been seen before with many different resolutions. First, check the device manager to confirm the USB is recognizing the TI device. If the problem still persists, flashing the EEPROM may resolve the problem as well.

    Yes, LDOIN/HPVDD requires external power supply, this is the supply voltage for the headphone output
