TAS5756M: GPIO2 no signal output

We use TAS5756M to design 2.1 system，according to the Ref design,GPIO2 as AEC data output ,but we don't detected any data from this pin.

When GPIO2 used to AEC data output,what is it waveform looks like?can you provide a sample picture?The motherboard's waveform looks strange also.

Hi Robert,
The EVM board has an output of GPIO2,it's a digtal signal,but i dump the config file and push into my board,GPIO2 still not output any data.

Hi user5627407,

Have you been able to run audio through the amplifiers? If you aren't then that tells me there is likely a problem somewhere on the I2C communication lines.

Yes，i have,i can use the config file to control mute,but i think we don't write the config file to register totally.Is there have another way to locateing the issue?

How do i make sure the hybridflow is already running?maybe i just write the config file to register, but it does't running,when i write done,the sound disappeared.

Hi user5627407,

You should be able to see the device connect when you're using the hybridflow software.

So you do get sound coming out of the device then it stops?

The EVM board without any voice when it stops，when it is running，i got a snapshots config file，this config file does't make any effect to my own board.
