TAS5411-Q1: Amplifier is shunting down the audio when the audio signal strength is increased

Sir,

We are testing the TAS5411 amplifier with computer audio signal as input. 4 ohm speaker 

When i increasing the signal above 50 % , it is going to shut down mode.

We are Read the internal register ,- Fault Register , Reading as 0x08 ( indicating Over current shutdown has occurred)

But , We are in need of 95dbV sound level.

Circuit is made as per Eval board of TAS5411.

pls suggest
