Hello
My customer is facing that network access to get PPC3 module.
1.PPC3 install was succeeded.
2. MY TI log-in is succeeded on PPC3 software.
3. Could not get PPC3 module from internet with Customer's network. PPC3 module mean TAS5805 etc... they already authorized to get TAS5805 module.
Probably Customer's network security has limitation.
Do you have any action to resolve this issue?

In addition, could he also try downloading the software from "securesoftware" website?

If customer use other network such as WiFi Router. and it can be succeeded to access PPC3 module.
after that Customer can use PPC3+Module with access limitation of Customer's network?
it mean , once time of internet connection is ok to use PPC3+Module?

It may be related to the issue. Normally, the PP3 installation can be affected for the connected network when it is installed. Has customer tried to install it offline? I mean, can he download the installer from the mysecuresoftware website and then disable the network?

Could he try downloading and installing PPC3 in another network? I mean, could he use his home network or another public network without strict firmware or security walls that may be blocking a correct downloading?
Do you know if the customer has another language installed in his PC?

-> I think, He could not use another network due to security limitation.
and I got update from him. he succeeded to download PPC3 in customer's network. then PPC3 was installed to his PC.
However TAS5805 module could not be downloaded.
If PPC3 has special security to download TAS5805 module. He will try to ask Customer's helpdesk whether IT can unprotect as temporarily.
Do you know if the customer has another language installed in his PC?
-> He is using Japanese version of Windows.

Yes, the network protection should be removed in order to download PPC3 and the TAS5805 module. If this doesn't work from customer network, he would require to download it from another network.
Regarding the URL access, customer should be able to download it from mysecuresoftware ( https://www.ti.com/securesoftware/docs/securesoftwarehome.tsp ) or from the main window of PPC3.

HI Ryoji,
It's suggested to use unprotect network to download TAS5805 app after login in the account with PPC3. Then TAS5805 can work without internet access.
Another option is to ask customer IT to unblock http://software-dl.ti.com.
