What is the output voltage or power of line out?The description here is not clear。

Hi,

The output is stated to be -1dBFS of a nominally 2.1VRMS output. That means the output was 90% of 2.1VRMS.

Note (2) shows the the output load is 10kΩ to ground, but there is an additional 470Ω in series.

HI Paul,

If I connect the audio test equipment AP at the test point TP16, do I need to connect the load resistance 10kohm and ensure the output voltage here is 1.89V？

Hi, the performance will be about the same if there is 10kΩ or no load. If you supply a -1dBFS input signal, then the output would be approximately 1.89VRMS.
