LMK04805: LMK04805 Lock issue

Dears.

We have used LMK04805.
I am testing with LMK04805EVM.
I entered 122.88Mhz into REF Clock(CLKin1) and set the GUI as follows.
122.88Mhz is supplied as a Signal Generator.
Lock does not work.
Why can not I lock?

    Dear Henry,

    I recommend you read the user's guide for the EVM. While following the instructions, I recommend you use the first default mode with 122.88 MHz as reference on clkin1. The VCXO supplied with the EVM is a 122.88 MHz device. We have upgraded the software to TiCS PRO as well however the documentation shows CL. You can download TICS PRO from ti.com. You can program the device to the 122.88 on clkin1 default setting by selecting the first options in the "default configuration" pull down menu at the top of the window.
