What is the PCB material of LMX2592EVM? Is there a data sheet for that board material?

Gregory,

We use Rogers 4003. This is critical between the top layer and the first ground plane. Other layers are not critical.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know how much degradation I will have by using RF4 between the first and the second layer?

Hi Gregory,

Maybe you can check this: multiprint.dk/.../Rogers.pdf. There is a plot of material loss over frequency against different material.
