LMC555: minimum duration of /RESET-pin

Hi experts,

I want to know minimum "L" level duration of /RESET-pin. Datasheet does not state it. Do you have any suggestion?

    Fujiwara-san,

    Using a sample device, I measured propagation delay for RESET to override TRIG at [3V, 5V, 15V] at [-40C, 25C, 125C] and appear on OUT pin. The results were between 340ns and 700ns. 2us low time time is my recommended minimum VIL RESET duration.
