1. Does this part to part propagation delay vary with each "Power ON" cycle. Means, if we mach the two parts using MASH_SEED once, can the same value for MASH_SEED be loaded every time on "Power ON".
2. If temperature remains constant with respect to time, does the propagation delay through the device vary over the time? Means the phase relationship between two devices remain same?
