TPL5010: What is Tr_ext time when power on

Dear Sir,

I'm studying the TPL5010 datasheet, About the Figure 1, the pull hugh time of RSTn is  Tr_ext + Trstn.

I can't find out any spec. for  Tr_ext. Could you tell me about it?

PS: Do you share Tina model of TPL5010?

    Hi Gordon,

    On page 6, the TPL5010 datasheet details that t_Rext is the time it takes for the external resistance to be converted and is nominally 100ms and max 120ms.

    Is this what you wanted to know?

    Additionally, an IBIS model for the TPL5010 is available under the "Design & development" tab on the product's page.
