Hi expert,
Customer has a differential clock input 156.25Mhz on LMK00301 or LMK00306. Below is their measured waveform. Could you please help us understanding what does the datasheet VIHD and VILD mean and is the waveform expected good?

LMK00306

Allan
Hi Allan,
VIHD and VILD of VCC and GND, respectively, indicate that the pins should not be driven with a voltage outside of this range.
The VCMD and VID specifications indicate the input common mode voltage and input swing requirements, respectively. That means the clock input must meet the m
The waveforms you shared have sufficient amplitude, but the measurement is swinging around GND, which indicates the scope may have been used in AC-coupling mode. However, based on the termination network shown in the schematic, the input connections look OK.
Kind regards,Lane
