CDCLVD1213: Vt connection for DC-coupled LVDS input clock

Hi there,

The CDCLVD1213 datasheet doesn't explicitly say what to do with the Vt input when the clock source is DC-coupled to the chip.  Should it be left open?  Should it be bypassed to ground with a capacitor?  Or something else?
