LMH1983: LMH1983: PLL 1 Lock Status

Hi team,

I got a question from customer.

I am using the LMH1983 in a product design. In this application we are only using the HIN reference input. VIN and FIN are both tied low. The HIN reference is a 10MHz clock. We are setting EN_AFD and the correct format (0x1e) is detected. I observe cases where it appears that PLL 1 is locked to HIN but the lock status register 0x02 bit 1 indicates the PLL is not locked. Is any special setup required in this use case to get a reliable lock status from the device? In this use case presumably there is no notion of TOF. Do I need to do any special setup of the TOF parameters to get a reliable lock status in this use case? In our case register 0x11 is set to the default value of 0x34. More generally, do you expect the device to provide accurate lock status in this scenario? What are the lock and unlock criteria?
