Regarding LMK00308, I would like to know the following questions:
About 2 months after start using, one LMK00308's CLKOUTA port clock output stopped.
Even if CLKOUTA_TYPE0 is pulled down to GND with 1K ohm, CLKOUTA_TYPE0 is still high level (about 1.5V), CLKOUTA port is disabled.
1. Can I connect CLKOUTA_TYPE0 to GND through one 0 ohm external resistance to force it to low level ?
2. Please tell me if there is a reason of this phenomenon.
