I did looked on TI website and it seems that the IBIS model is available.

You can use the LMK62xx ibis model for LMK62I0-100M device with HCSL output.

I noticed that the IBIS file contains 2 HCSL models.

Could you please explain the differences between the HCSL and HCSL_BOOST ?

Hi Martin,

There is an difference between load current with load difference of 50ohm vs 42.5ohm.

All the data shown in datasheet are at HCSL only. Hence you can use HCSL model for your simulation.
