Hi, I'm looking at using the above PLL for a TX LO circuit, and am looking at VCO options that would work for my requirements. I want to build a system which runs from ~155-165MHz in 12.5kHz steps with Phase Noise at 25kHz offset of >110dBc/Hz or as close as possible to this. Could you recommend an integrated VCO which would work with this PLL or am I better off looking at a discrete solution such as a tunable Colpitts?
