TLC2933A: Please review the schematic, and have a question.

Hello TI experts,

my customer tests TLC2933A for their new product, and they have a problem. I attach a schematic first.

 - FIN-A and FIN-B is 50KHz square wave, using sine wave generator and comparator IC.

 - PHASE_VREF is 2.5V

 - PFD_OUT could be VDD, GND, 2.5V using pullup resistor.

and I also attach a customer's test results.

As you can see, the customer could see the waveform both expected and unexpected. It cannot be controlled using any conditions.

could you review the schematic and explain why those 2 waveforms can be seen?
