Hello team,

Data-sheet resume the overall ppm tolerance in this way: "LMK60X0: All output formats, frequency bands and device junction temperature up to 115°C; includes initial freq tolerance, temperature & supply voltage variation, solder reflow and aging (5 years at 40°C)".

Is it possible to know the initial stability of the device? i.e. at room temp at time of shipping.

    The LMK60E2 has a typical stability of around 15 ppm when operating at room temperature and without aging effects. If you need a device with improved ppm tolerances, the LMK6C offers typical 10 ppm across all factors and 10 years of aging. There will be differential versions released later as well.
