CAB4A: Can we use CAB4A for DDR4 module controller application?

We found CAB4A on TI web.

But we saw that shows replacing by SN74SSQEC32882ZALR.

Can you let me know which is main product for DDR4 RCD function or not?

If it's not main product, would you please recommend a new part for us?
