BQ32002: External capacitors to Crystal

Do we need to add external capacitors to 32.768Khz crystal?

Does the BQ32002 has internal capacitors close to 25pF (as Crystal load capacitance is 12pF requirement)?

Based on p. 19 and 22 of the data sheet, you do not if your application applies to the example application on those pages of the data sheet (screenshots below). Hope this helps!
