    Hi Lumina,

    I have added inputs on schematic. Please make sure correct VDD rail supply is connected to all logic pin (OE, IN_SEL0/IN_SEL1 etc). Comments are added against them in the attached schematic below. You can also use TI BAW oscillator (LMK6X) which provide low jitter and programmable frequency options. Same footprint device can meet all different board frequency requirements.
