LMK05318BEVM: EVM operation with a 10 MHz XO

Part Number: LMK05318BEVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK05318B

I am trying to use the LMK05318B to lock the 2.5 GHz BAW to an external 10 MHz reference and output 250 MHz.  The 10 MHz XO is a high quality Wenzel Oscillator source (so I am not worried about any phase noise or ppm degradation from the XO source).

Under "normal" configuration with the EVM and GUI, I can successfully lock with the on-board XO or with an external reference as long as the frequency is slightly above 10 MHz (to satisfy the fractional PFD requirements of the DPLL).  I cannot get it to work with an exact 10 MHz reference.

I followed this post: https://e2e.ti.com/support/clock-timing-group/clock-and-timing/f/clock-timing-forum/1070959/lmk05318b-the-allowed-frequencies-for-the-xo-input/3963560.  I recognize that I need to disable the DPLL.  How do I do that in the GUI?  I tried to uncheck the "Enable PRIREF" and "Enable SECREF", but that did not alleviate the error message on the XO page if I set it to 10 MHz even.
