LMX2492EVM: LMX2492EVM

Hi,

I want to use the LMX2492EVM as the clock for my high speed DAC. The datasheet mentions the PLL range to be 500 MHz - 14 GHz. I want to get a clock of 1 GHz for the DAC but currently cannot get the required output.

I want to know:

1) How to select the parameters in TICS PRO software to get the VCO output as 1 GHz?

2) Can the RFout/2 from the evaluation board be made a square wave of 1 GHz?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
