Hi Folks,

Looking for timing related parameters which we could not find in the datasheet.

R31 register: Power down to Power up time delay for the RF power to settle . Typical and Max

R46 register: Power down to Power up time delay for the RF power to settle. Typical and Max

Hi Chris,

The power On/Off time is approx. 100ns. Accuracy is limited by the test equipment I have.

Last addition here:

Each register is 24 bits wide. If we clk at 50 MHz, we get 24 * 20 nsec = 480 nsec. Though we can get shorter by going for max 75 MHz clock.

In order to power down the output we should only need to program only R46 register, correct?

After this 480 nsec delay to update this R46, we can expect that ~ 100 nsec is needed to activate the HW.

So, 480 + 100 = 580 nsec overall delay.

Is there any other delay to consider?
