I am using PFD_DLY = 1 and the performace in good, but Is good idea set PFD_DLY=0 (Reserved) to reduce (a bit) the pull-in time?
What means PFD_DLY=0?

PFD_DLY is an added delay in the phase detector, a proper PFD_DLY will help reduce spurs in a fractional channel. However, the delay may degrade phase noise.
You can play around PFD_DLY value in order to get the best phase noise and spurs performance.
