hello, I want to initialize and program CDCE62005 with my own circuit. But now I have some problems.
First, I am not sure whether the peripheral circuit of the chip built is correct, I cannot confirm whether the chip works, and there is no way to verify the normal operation of the chip in the chip manual.Please help me check whether my power supply circuit is correct and whether the pin configuration is correct.
Second, after the chip is powered on, I go to read register 8, and the data returned is all zeros. I use spi timing of mode 0, the /power_down pins and /sync pins are suspended, but I measure their power level is logic 0.
According to the datasheet, after the chip is powered ON and the power_on_reset operation is completed, it will automatically enter the calibration hold mode, in which spi->ON, so I don't think the /program /sync /rel pin needs to be controlled. because I only need to operate on the chip's ram and eeprom, is this configuration correct?
