Hi team,

Our customer is using the GUI of TI ClockPro Programming Software.

We have installed the software, and plug the EVM of CDCE913-Q1

When we click the ok, then some error as below:

Our customer needs to use the software with CDCE913EVM for debug.

Do you have any solutions?

If you open the software without the EVM connected, does the software allow you to load a local CDCE913 rather than a connected live device?

Our customer and me cannot use the GUI.We tried but still can't get it done using the GUI.

Customer requirement is to input 12.288Mhz (1.8V). Output 18.432Mhz (3.3V).

If we can't pass the EVM verification, can you do an experimental verification?

Can you provide the corresponding input and output waveforms to prove that it can output stably according to the customer's requirements（ input 12.288Mhz (1.8V). Output 18.432Mhz (3.3V).）?

Xiaoxiang,

We will measure this today for time domain captures of both the input and output waveforms.

We can also provide the register configuration file for doing so. Is only a single 18.432 MHz output desired?

Hello Xiaoxiang,

In the above image, you will see the input 12.288 MHz waveform for channel 1 [we verified with a more accurate counter that it is 12.288 MHz, despite what the image suggests]. The output 18.432 MHZ waveform is seen in channel 2.

The GUI still doesn't work. Our customer will use CDCE813-Q1, and input 12.288Mhz (1.8V). Output 18.432Mhz (3.3V).

Can you provide the code of IIC according to the customer's application? As you test the same results on it.

Neither the customer nor I can use the GUI. We are all WIN10 computers, and the company computer has security requirements and cannot be operated.

Customers will end up using the CDCE813-Q1（not 913）.

So can you provide the IIC code?

Requirement: input 12.288Mhz (1.8V). Output 18.432Mhz (3.3V). Same channel as you tested before.
