CDCS502: Power supply

In both the EVM Users' Guide and the Datasheet there is no mention of a power-up sequence. 

My understanding, from the EVM Users' Guide, is that VDD should be applied first, after which Pin 2 and Pin 3 can be adjusted as required.

My understanding, from the EVM Users' Guide, is that Pin 2 and Pin 3 can be adjusted as required either before or after VDD is applied.
