LMK01020: Thermal Information

Hello,

LMK01020's data sheet only specifies Θ_JA and Θ_{J-PAD (Thermal Pad)} as thermal parameters of the LMK01020, but I don't think that's enough. Could you also provide such thermal parameters as Θ_JC, Θ_JB, Ψ_JT, and Ψ_JB as power management ICs do?

Hello Shinichi,

Here are the values:

Θ_JC (top) = 8.6 C/W

Θ_JC (bottom) = 1.2 C/W

Θ_JB = 5.1 C/W

Ψ_JT = 0.1 C/W

Ψ_JB = 5.1 C/W
