TPL5110: How to implement a resettable 20min timer

Part Number: TPL5110

Hi, I have a requirement to keep alive a camera for 20mins after power is removed. This is to allow it to finish uploading data. It has to function like an RC circuit. Power is applied, the C charges up and the MOSFET switches on. When power is lost the C discharges and after 20mins the MOSFET switches off. However, if power is reapplied before C has discharged enough to switch the MOSFET off, the MOSFET remains on until power is next removed and the 20min timer resumes. I am hoping to use a TPL5110 but struggling to figure out how the 'resume' would would work without risking the MOSFET going off, even briefly. I was going to order some samples to try but the ability to get samples vanished after I had signed up to the sample program. Can the TPL5110 do what I want?
