BQ32000: OS can't access RTC bq32000

Hi team,

There is an issue when changing RTC chip to BQ32000DR:

I use the driver rtc-bq32k.c in the kernel ,and sysnode can be created successfully.Also We can read the values with I2C tool.

But There are an error below in dmesg:

 

and Can't use "hwclock " command to access to rtc bq32k .Could you help to support this issue?
