Q1. Please terminate unused connectors with a 50 Ohm connector for optimum performance.

Q2. Same answer as above. ^

Q3. I am not sure what you mean by extract different signals from RFOUTA & RFOUTB.
If you set the Output MUX to "Channel Divider" both RFOUTA & RFOUTB must share the same channel divider value.
You can set one of the Output MUX to "VCO" mode which is direct VCO output.

I want the C port to generate at 5.8GHz and the D port to generate

at 5.9GHz.

Is it possible to do it using the settings

Given that both RFoutA & RFoutB share the same output channel divider it is not possible to generate both 5.8GHz on RFoutA & 5.9GHz on RFoutB, as a matter of fact I don't believe we have any space grade device capable of this given we either require fractional output dividers to cover two frequency domains or two VCOs.
Given the EVM contains two LMX2594-SP ICs you can have one IC output 5.8GHz & the other IC output 5.9GHz but you cannot achieve both outputs from just one LMX2594-SP device.

We don't have a instruction manual just for TICSpro per say instead we have EVM user guides for each of our clocking devices.

Below is an example of programming two PLL-ICs separately.
Is it not possible to genarete at different frequencies using this method?

As shown in the attached file, LMX2594PSEVM is equipped with two PLL-ICs.
Therefore, I think I can output 5.8GHz from one IC and 5.9GHz from the other IC.
I would like to know this method.

That is correct - that's what I have been stating.

I don't understand your question here.
You must first program and lock one device to 5.8 GHz & then program and lock the second device to 5.9GHz.

The user guides describes this in detail.

1.Ensure individual switches of just ONE LMX2594 are in ON position. Let's go with SW1 in this case thus make sure SW2 is is OFF position.

2. Open TICSpro

3. Load LMX2594 device profile

4. Program device 1 to output 5.8 GHz at RFoutX

5. Put SW1 in OFF positions and change SW2 to on positions

6. Program device 2 to output 5.9 GHz at RFoutX
