LMK6C: Marking not matching datasheet/website

Part Number: LMK6C

Hello,

we just received these parts, from TI to Digikey. the product shows one thing but is packaged and labeled another. in terms of the TI website and MSL rating.

TI says this part is MSL1 and should be marked as “LCBG”

But the parts we have are marked LCCG (attached) and the mfg label says MSL 2 (attached) https://www.ti.com/product/LMK6C#params

Can you verify which is correct and if there’s a PCN?

  • Hi Robert,

I spoke with our product engineering team about this, this particular lot is an old SWR that was done in late 2022/early 2023. The working production flow at the time used "LCCG" as the top marking but the symbol has been updated since then which is reflected in our datasheet. For new lots, the top marking should be "LCBG". Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Regards,

    Connor
