Hello,

 

I was hoping to receive the value for Theta J-B (C/W) Junction to Bottom, and Theta J-C (C/W) Junction to Case (top). I do not see it on the data sheet (or any thermal information for that matter)

    Here is the relevant thermal information for the LMK1D1208:

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 39.1
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 32.4
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 20.2
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 1.0
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 20.2
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 8.3
