Please Provide the Clarification for the part LMK00804BPW

a. There are two values provided for Junction temperature as Tj= 125C and Tj = 150C, which one to consider?

b. What is the Bond wire? Ist copper or gold? If the bond wire is copper, please provide the Copper Qualification report?

Hi Sharmila,

1. 150C is the maximum storage temperature, but 125C is the maximum allowable junction temperature during operation.
