LMX2582: Differential output to CML

Hello Nandini, 
The differential input range is 0.1 - 2Vpp. 
That means you want the RF output power of LMX2582 to be no more than ~10dBm (2Vpp)
As mentioned in the thread I've attached below, you can adjust the RF output power of LMX2582:

RF Output power (or the voltage swing in non-RF terms) can be adjusted via R46[13:6] (OUTx_PWR)
For example like in figure 6-13 above, assuming the test conditions listed which is a 5.4GHz output, if we set OUTx_PWR to '10' with a 50 Ohm load - we expect to see around 4dBm of output power (Single ended). 
4dBm corresponds to around 1Vpp. 

Adjust the output level to be within range of your clock buffer. 

On a side note - are you still in your design phase? Could I loop in one of our buffer experts to assist you in choosing an TI equivalent buffer?
