Hi,

I am routing the CLKOUT1 output of LMX1214 to FPGA. I have the termination circuit to match the common mode voltage at FPGA end.

Should this clock be routed as 100 ohm differential in this case?

You are correct; the clock should be routed as 100 Ohm differential.
