Question, CDC7005/CDC7005M devices. Is the STATUS_LOCK signal actively driven from the chip or is it open drain, etc? We are interfacing to an FGPA and need to know if we should include a pull up resistor on this line.

    Hi Derek,

      Datasheet page 3 defines these 3 outputs as LVCMOS, page 15 shows the VOH and VOL levels and drive > active drive.   In addition, the EVM User Guide shows these pins driving LEDs active high, directly.  No need for pull-ups.
